In English Help for the Family | Marriage How to Talk About Problems

Talking about problems is not always easy. Sometimes, instead of solving, the conversation can create more tension. This happens because men and women often have different communication styles. What you should know Women: usually prefer to talk about the issue before hearing a solution. Often, simply sharing feelings brings relief. Men: tend to look for quick solutions, because solving makes them feel helpful. Offering an answer is their way of showing support. The key is balance: listen carefully before suggesting any solution. What you can do Husband: practice active listening. Look into her eyes, don’t interrupt, and show you understand. 🌙 The Mystery of Healing Through Déjà Vu Dreams

December 06, 2025

🌙 The Mystery of Healing Through Déjà Vu Dreams Dreams are more than nightly images: they are portals to the unconscious and pathways of transformation. In my clinical work, I use the process of the déjà vu dream as a tool to center healing and reverse trauma.

✨ How It Works

Déjà vu in dreams brings forth images that seem repeated, as if they had already been lived.

  • This repetition creates space for the patient to recognize the trauma and perceive the scene that originated it.

  • During the dream, it is possible to replace the traumatic image with a new action, creating a different narrative.

  • This substitution generates awareness: the inner conflict is transformed into a new symbolic representation, opening the way for treatment and healing.

🔄 The Therapeutic Process

  • Recognition: identify the repeated scene in the dream.

  • Awareness: realize that the image is the result of trauma.

  • Substitution: create, within the dream, a new action or image that reverses the traumatic impact.

  • Integration: bring this experience into waking life, strengthening the healing process.

🌌 Reflection

The déjà vu dream is not just a mysterious repetition: it is an opportunity to rewrite the inner story. By transforming images of pain into new actions, the patient finds a path of liberation and reconciliation with themselves.
